Shipping Policy

Can I change my shipping address?
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please email us below immediately so we can make changes to your order before it departs from our warehouse.

Estimated shipping delivery times:

  • Canada: 3-5 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.

International shipping:

Please note, our International Shipping price is a base rate and may be subject to a higher rate based on location. You will be notified if this is the case. International shipments may incur duties and taxes beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

Return Policy:

Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we are able to cancel the order until the shipping label has been created.

Can I make an exchange or return my order? 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, or exchanges and all items are final sale.

What happens if I received a defective item?
Although rare, if you receive a defective item please fill out the form below to reach our customer team. They will let you know the next steps for a replacement. 

Our policy lasts 20 days from order. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds and exchanges may take place at your nearest BATL venue. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Online Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 5 business days.

Late or missing online refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Final Sale items (if applicable):
Unfortunately, final sale items cannot be refunded.

Gift Cards (Physical or Digital):
Gift cards are not eligble for return, refund or exchange.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 11-813 Brock Rd, Pickering, ON, L1W 1Z8.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
